[Vegepolys Valley, the Carnot Institutes Plant2Pro® and Qualiment® and Terres Univia organize a Panorama of Plant Proteins, Crossed Regards Company / Research, day which will be the occasion to support the meetings, to share the brakes and key factors of success and to create networks between actors of various horizons to draw up a panorama of the needs and solutions in the field of sourcing, functional, nutritional and culinary characterizations of the plant proteins. Its main objective will be to create links between actors who do not always know each other and tostimulate a new dynamic of structuring of the sector and collaboration around plant proteins.
