On June 25, the partners of the European project PACALEG organized a restitution of the project followed by a tasting of recipes developed with legumes.

The products were well appreciated by the participants!

-> Conclusions of the morning and next steps:

- Complete state of play on different axes (production, processing, consumer and market) ➡ End of September 2021
- Revenue development
- Mock-ups (Proof of concept)
- Recipes, process and consumer testing ➡ End of October 2021
- Organization of a meeting of the actors of the sector (upstream-downstream) ➡ Last quarter of 2021
